Integrated Biometrics has appointed two new members to its executive management team. Jerry Zuzolo is the company’s new CFO, and David Gerulski has taken the post of Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
In a press release, Integrated Biometrics CEO Steve Thies pointed to the individuals’ “years of executive experience in both technology start-up and Fortune 500 companies,” and placed a particular emphasis on their roles in helping to manage companies that are growing. It’s not Jerry Zuzolo’s first time acting as CFO, and in his new role with Integrated Biometrics he’s going to implement ERP (enterprise resource planning) and MRP (material resource planning) principles, according to the statement. David Gerulski, meanwhile, has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing in growing tech companies, with security having also been an area of focus.
The appointments continue Integrated Biometrics’ efforts to furbish its organizational effectiveness; just last week, the company announced its latest ISO 9001 certification. And there is evidence of how the company’s organizational competence has paid off in recent months, with Integrated Biometrics having enjoyed some notable deals in recent months, with one of its fingerprint scanners contracted in June to Pakistani authorities to track teachers in remote areas, and an integration deal with Mobizent announced in May.
