ImageWare to Announce Q1 Results May 10th

Conference call to follow Q1 update on May 10th

ImageWare Systems plans to report its Q1 results on Tuesday, May 10th, the company has announced. The corporate update will concern the quarter ended March 31st of this year.

In ImageWare’s last corporate update, issued in mid-March of this year, CEO Jim Miller highlighted a new partnership that would bring the company’s GoVerifyID biometric identity platform into HPE company Aruba’s ClearPass security system – a deal that Miller believed would allow the company “to reach a large population on a global scale.” And toward the end of that month, IWS also became an Amazon Web Services Technology Partner, allowing the company to host its GoMobile Interactive platform on AWS cloud services.

These were major business developments during the quarter and are likely to be touched upon next week, though ImageWare has not officially announced specific details of the update. The company has, however, invited stakeholders to join a conference call at 5:00 p.m. EST on May 10th, in which Miller and CFO Wayne Wetherell will discuss the company’s update in detail.
