Imageware is making the trip to Las Vegas for this week’s ISC West convention. ISC West is the premiere showcase for the security industry, and is set to run until March 25 at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
At ISC West, Imageware will be sharing a booth with SISCO, which became an Imageware customer in September of 2021. That deal came about through Imageware’s strategic partnership with TECH5, and SISCO has since gone on to integrate Imageware’s facial recognition technology into its FAST-PASS 7 solution for visitor management. The platform uses facial recognition to process guests more quickly, whether they are checking in at an office or visiting a school, a hospital, or some other facility.
FAST-PASS will be on display at ISC West alongside a slew of other Imageware solutions. Most notably, attendees will be able to view Imageware’s Proof, Authenticate, and Digital ID solutions, as well as its latest identification offering for Law Enforcement. The Digital ID solution, in particular, is a peer-to-peer credentialing service that takes advantage of blockchain tokens to verify people’s identities. Imageware has made self-sovereign identity a key priority after joining the Decentralized Identity Foundation and the Trust Over IP Foundation in 2021.
“After two years of COVID, we’re looking forward to meeting customers and partners in person,” said Imageware Product Management & Sales SVP AJ Naddell. “Our completely modernized Identity Platform, including our identity proofing and authentication apps, our biometrically enabled decentralized digital ID offering, and FAST-PASS 7, are powerful offerings that we think will generate a lot of excitement.”
Imageware and SISCO will set up shop at Booth #30066 at ISC West. The company itself recently received a $2.5 million capital infusion from its largest shareholder, which was taken as a show of faith in the company’s new direction following a strategic review last August.
