IDEX to Deliver Q4, 2017 Update on Thursday

IDEX has set a date for its Q4 corporate update, which will arrive this Thursday, February 22nd. The company will also present its preliminary results for the 2017 fiscal year.

In a statement announcing the date, IDEX offered no hints as to the details of the update. But the fingerprint sensor maker is certain to place a strong focus on its efforts in the nascent area of biometric payment cards. IDEX’s technology was used in some of the earliest trials of fingerprint scanning payment cards last year, spearheaded by Mastercard; and the company announced at the end of last month that going forward it would focus its resources exclusively on this area.

IDEX says its corporate update will be posted on its website and that of the Oslo Stock Exchange around 07:00 CET on Thursday, and that it will deliver a presentation on the results starting at 08:00 CET. The presentation will take place at the Felix Conference Centre at Aker Brygge in Oslo and will be hosted by the company’s CEO, Hemant Mardia, as well as CFO Henrik Knudtzon and Chief Products Officer Stan Swearingen; and it will be broadcast online simultaneously through the IDEX website.
