MorphoTrust USA (Safran)’s IdentoGO centers are expanding their hours of operation, the company has announced. It’s part of an effort to make it more convenient for Americans interested in enrolling in the TSA PreCheck program to get signed up.
TSA PreCheck is, of course, the Transportation Security Administration’s pre-screening program for travelers interested in an expedited security screening process at airports. Participants enroll by submitting both biographic and biometric information at IdentoGO enrollment centers, and from then on will be able to use the biometric screening kiosks of participating airports to pass through security quickly and conveniently. This technology is being rolled out at growing numbers of US airports, with a CLEAR project announced for a busy airport in Austin just this week; eventually, it could become commonplace across America.
According to IdentoGO SVP Charles Carroll, speaking in a press release, the expansion in IdentoGO’s hours of operation is also meant to accommodate increased demand as interest in the program “continues to grow as more Americans realize the advantages of an expedited security screening experience.” Indeed, earlier this year MorphoTrust celebrated its millionth enrollment, and recent partnerships, such as with H&R Block, have helped to further improve awareness of the program as it spreads across the country.
