IDEMIA is continuing to build up the executive team at its IDEMIA I&S North America division. The company’s latest hire is Beth Unger, who has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief People Officer for North America.
As the company’s Chief People Officer, Unger will be expected to come up with policies that will help the company attract and retain high-level talent. In that regard, IDEMIA indicated that it wants to promote inclusivity both internally and with its clients and investors, in the hopes that a diverse workforce will drive innovation and allow the company to achieve its objectives.
“My biggest goal in my new role at IDEMIA I&S North America is to foster trust and a collaborative culture across the company,” said Beth. “I aim to ensure all staff sees me as a resource and partner and that we can work together to share ideas and meet goals that help the team and ultimately benefit the industry.”
“As our Chief People Officer, Beth has a direct line to employees and is in a unique position to facilitate meaningful changes across the company,” added IDEMIA I&S North America CEO Donnie Scott. “Beth’s primary focus is to foster employee engagement to attract and retain our outstanding team members, benefitting not only our clients, our technology, and our solutions, but also our organization’s culture.”
Unger has 12 years of experience in the technology industry, and more than 30 in human resources more generally. She joins IDEMIA following a stint as the Executive Director of Human Resources at ManTech International, while her career includes prior stops with Booz Allen Hamilton and PwC.
IDEMIA I&S North America brought on Doug Harvey as its new Chief Technology Officer in October. The company also hired Lisa Sullivan and Lisa Shoemaker as its new SVP of Travel and Transport and its new VP of Government Relations, respectively.
