Fujitsu has launched three new two-in-one tablets featuring biometric security.
The devices are targeted for business settings. The Lifebook P727 and the Lifebook T937 are both lightweight, thin devices incorporating a hinge that allows the tablet screen to be rotated a full 360 degrees when attached to a keyboard. Meanwhile, the Stylistic Q737 is designed to combine “a full-productivity notebook with the convenience of a tablet,” according to a statement announcing the devices.
All three of the new devices incorporate Fujitsu’s PalmSecure technology, which enables biometric authentication via palm vein scanning. The devices arrive soon after Fujitsu announced upgrades to its PalmSecure technology last September.
Fujitsu says the Lifebook P727 and Stylistic Q737 will hit the North American market in February, while the Lifebook T937 will arrive in March.
