Fingerprint Cards has announced its Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 2:00 p.m. on May 4th at the Hotel Gothia Towers in Gothenburg, Sweden. Shareholders listed in the Euroclear Sweden AB register are eligible to attend provided they notify the company via its website, or by phone or mail.
In a statement announcing the AGM, FPC listed numerous topics for consideration, including matters related to the administration of its board of directors and its stocks. A full list can be found on the company’s blog.
FPC has seen great success over the last couple of years, largely driven by the mobile biometrics market, where its fingerprint sensor technology has been adopted by a number of OEMs. Given this ongoing success and the company’s plans to expand into other markets, there is much to occupy the attention of its shareholders.
