ForgeRock’s Identity Cloud platform has been listed on the Google Cloud Marketplace. The news builds on the existing relationship between ForgeRock and Google Cloud, which dates to 2019 when ForgeRock first joined the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program.
The two companies are hoping that the solution will appeal to organizations with a hybrid cloud infrastructure. ForgeRock and Google Cloud recently commissioned a Forrester survey that found that most organizations are planning to adopt a hybrid cloud system, or expand an existing one, within the next two years. The ForgeRock listing will help meet that demand with a comprehensive access control solution that covers cloud and on-premises applications.
The ForgeRock Identity Cloud is built on a Google Cloud foundation, and can be purchased directly through the Marketplace.
“Our customers need the best cloud resources for their applications and infrastructure, and the addition of ForgeRock Identity Cloud to the Google Cloud Marketplace gives customers the ability to run, manage, and unify digital identities across cloud and on-premises environments,” said ForgeRock Global Business and Corporate Development SVP Ben Goodman.
“Google Cloud makes it very easy for companies to deploy ForgeRock Identity Cloud on a global scale, helping them deliver exceptional digital experiences for employees and customers,” added Google Cloud Marketplace Global Head Amy Bray.
According to ForgeRock, the Identity Cloud was one of the key products that allowed the company to achieve ISO Certification earlier this year. The company added more automated identity features to the platform with an update in June of 2020.
