EyeLock LLC has ‘expanded its presence’ at this year’s Intersec 2017 conference, according to the company’s Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, Anthony Antolino.
In a statement announcing EyeLock’s participating in the security, safety, and fire prevention trade show, Antolino asserted that the company has seen “growing interest and increased adoption of our technology across Europe, Asia and the GCC regions”, suggesting high expectations for a strong Intersec showing. EyeLock will use the opportunity to showcase solutions like its nano NXT iris scanner and its EyeLock Identity Suite platform, and to highlight integrations with other companies’ security platforms, as in the case of Lenel OnGuard and Software House’s C-Cure 9000.
The company’s planned presence at Intersec 2017 suggests growing excitement about iris-based solutions in the security community, with another prominent iris-focused company, Iris ID also planning a strong showing. For its part, EyeLock says it’s “one of the only biometric companies in the world to own and control the entire software and algorithm stack,” and that its iris biometrics technology, by analyzing over 240 characteristics of a given subject, is “the most proven way to authenticate one’s identity aside from DNA.”
Intersec 2017 will run from January 22nd to 24th, and will take place in Dubai.
