A new partnership should bring voice and speech recognition technology from Enacomm to many more customers. The company has announced that it has established a reseller agreement with Florida-based telecom consulting firm Telvoyant.
The latter will offer its clients Enacomm’s VPA (Virtual Personal Assistant) and EFS (Enacomm Financial Suite) solutions, which use AI to enable voice-based services for end users. Voice biometrics can be used for customer authentication, while sophisticated AI can enable customers to access bank accounts and conduct transactions; and Enacomm says its VPA solution is compatible with popular voice assistant platforms like Amazon’s Alexa and Google Home.
In a statement announcing the partnership, Telvoyant CEO Kurt Amos suggested that it’s a response to changing demographics and demands from the marketplace. “Today’s consumers, especially millennials, want easy and convenient access to their bank accounts using the latest digital devices – anytime, anywhere,” he said.
The move comes amid a broader adoption trend of biometric authentication in the financial services sector, and the proliferation of AI assistant technologies across a greater number of sectors and platforms.
