ENACOMM is looking to boost its growth through the appointment of Joseph Brown as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
In announcing the appointment, ENACOMM emphasized Brown’s track record in holding executive management positions at various firms and startups, calling him “a seasoned technology leader with global experience”. Brown was most recently the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for digital commerce specialist Avangate, a position he held from 2011 to 2015. Before that, he was VP and EMEA General Manager for RightNow Technologies, and he also served as CEO for Seance Software and Edify Corporation.
ENACOMM, meanwhile, is best known for its Financial Suite, a platform of software tools aimed at the financial services sector. The Suite includes tools like voice-based AI assistant technology featuring voice recognition; and support for face biometrics-based selfie onboarding, thanks to a partnership established with IDmission earlier this year.
The financial services sector, meanwhile, has been showing a strong appetite for biometric and other FinTech solutions in recent years, a trend on which Brown will seek to capitalize.
“ENACOMM is amidst a strong upward climb in the FinTech space, which presents a unique opportunity for me to play a pivotal role in helping to shape the future of the company,” he said. “I look forward to powering ENACOMM to the next level of success and reaching more banks, credit unions and card companies with personalized customer experience solutions that reduce costs and frustration.”
Brown’s appointment arrives after another high-level hire for ENACOMM earlier this year in John Sullivan, who was named the company’s Regional Vice President of Financial Services in March. Sullivan was tasked with marketing the ENACOMM Financial Suite to institutions in the Western United States; now, in its latest announcement, ENACOMM explained that Brown will be “taking charge of all of ENACOMM’s revenue-generation processes, directing company-wide strategy around sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management.”
