ENACOMM Enters Distribution Partnership with Alcor Consulting

ENACOMM has another distribution partner for its Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA) and ENACOMM Financial Suite (EFS) offerings. Alcor Consulting, a VoIP solutions provider and IT consultant, is the latest to establish a reseller agreement with the company.

The partnership means that Alcor’s customers will get access to ENACOMM’s voice-based virtual assistant platform for banking, and other sophisticated FinTech solutions including voice biometrics and AI-aided customer relationship management.

In a statement announcing the agreement, Alcor Consulting President David Spore emphasized the growing mainstreaming of voice interfaces. “Consumers are ready for conversational banking, and ENACOMM’s secure and convenient solution allows financial institutions not counted among the megabanks to offer technology-enhanced customer interactions that rival those presented by the biggest players,” he said.

News of the partnership comes after ENACOMM announced distribution deals for its VPA and EFS platforms with VOX Network Solutions and Telvoyant earlier this year, continuing momentum in this area from last autumn.
