Daon Named ForgeRock’s 2023 CIAM Partner of the Year

ForgeRock has named Daon its 2023 CIAM Partner of the Year, an award bestowed to the Customer Identity and Access Management partner that has offered ForgeRock the most important contributions and collaborations, and delivered the best technical execution.

Daon is best known for its IdentityX platform, an authentication solution that supports multiple biometric modalities and was among the first of the third party solutions to pioneer mobile authentication over the past several years. Daon tailored IdentityX for deployment on the ForgeRock Identity Platform in 2020, and extended its reach into the ForgeRock Identity Cloud toward the end of last year.

“Our Trust Network partners deliver specialized technologies on top of the ForgeRock platform, reducing risk and time to value for our customer,” explained ForgeRock’s Director of Technology Partnerships, Alecia Bridgewater. “Daon goes above and beyond to deliver creative ideas that strengthen our joint solution and meet the needs of the most complex and demanding customer environments.”

In addition to bringing IdentityX to the ForgeRock cloud, Daon also made it available on the AWS marketplace last December, illustrating the company’s growing momentum as a provider of biometric authentication solutions. This year, Daon is looking to leverage that momentum into global expansion, having recently announced executive changes to help drive that effort, including the appointment of longtime Daon exec Conor White as President of New Industries.
