“We’re thrilled to be a part of ISC West this year because it allows us to demonstrate our industry-leading 3D-AI facial recognition solution to OnSSI customers.” – Paul Nicholas, CEO, CyberExtruder
CyberExtruder will be on hand at this week’s ISC West security expo, the company has announced.
It will be showing off its Aureus 3D facial recognition technology, primarily through its recent integration into the Ocularis 5.5 VMS platform from On-Net Surveillance Systems (OnSSI).
In a statement announcing CyberExtruder’s ISC West plans, the company’s CEO, Paul Nicholas, said his team is “thrilled to be a part of ISC West this year because it allows us to demonstrate our industry-leading 3D-AI facial recognition solution to OnSSI customers.” Nicholas’ emphasis on “AI”, corresponding with a slight rebranding of CyberExtruder’s flagship solution from “Aureus 3D” to “Aureus 3D-AI”, reflects the growing excitement around artificial intelligence more broadly. AI is playing an increasingly important role in biometric identification, and is evidently a part of Aureus 3D’s facial recognition technology that CyberExtruder wants to highlight.
The company’s ISC West plans come after CyberExtruder showcased its biometric technology at the Milestone Integration Platform Symposium in February, also via an integration into a partner platform. ISC West, meanwhile, will run from April 11th to 13th in Las Vegas, with CyberExtruder inviting attendees to visit booth #13074 of the Sands Expo convention center.
