“Now, with its integration into the Milestone XProtect platform and CyberExtruder’s scheduled presence at the MIPS, the company has an opportunity to reach new potential clients.”
CyberExtruder‘s 3D facial recognition technology has been incorporated into Milestone’s XProtect IP video management software platform, and the company is going to demo the solution together with its partner ConvergenceTP at the upcoming Milestone Integration Platform Symposium (MIPS).
The news comes after CyberExtruder upgraded its Aureus 3D facial recognition platform in December. With version 5.8, CyberExtruder reduced the time needed to generate a biometric template from 100ms to 50ms, a 50 percent improvement in speed.
Now, with its integration into the Milestone XProtect platform and CyberExtruder’s scheduled presence at the MIPS, the company has an opportunity to reach new potential clients. As CyberExtruder CEO Paul Nicholas explains in a statement, “We’re thrilled to be a part of MIPS this year because it allows us to demonstrate a fully integrated facial recognition solution to the Milestone community.”
Commenting further, the Director of Operations for ConvergenceTP, which integrated Aureus 3D into its video management system last fall, said the XProtect integration “should be very exciting for the Milestone community”.
The Milestone Integration Platform Symposium will take place at the Cosmopolitan hotel in Las Vegas, running from February 19th to 22nd.
