Crossmatch Awarded For Going Above and Beyond For Guard and Reserve Employees

Global biometric identity management and secure authentication solutions provider Crossmatch has been recognized for the exceptional treatment given to its Guard and Reserve employees. The company received the Department of Defense Employer Support for the Guard and Reserves (ESGR) Above and Beyond Award.

Presented in limited numbers by the ESGR State Committees, the Above and Beyond Award serves as recognition for exemplary treatment of Guard and Reserve employees, specifically though the providing of additional benefits not mandated by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.

Given Crossmatch’s involvement within the military sector, the Above and Beyond Award goes to show the company’s support of service members both on and off the field of duty.
