“CVG marks the 30th location in CLEAR’s growing network of member airports…”
CLEAR has come to another of America’s major airports, touching down this time at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, or CVG.
Situated in Hebron, Kentucky, CVG serves more nonstop flights than any other airport in the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana tri-state area, and is one of the fastest-growing airports in the country. Now, it’s poised to further facilitate that growth with its support of the CLEAR program, which offers members expedited security screening thanks to biometric pre-registration; registered travelers can pass through a security lane with a simple fingerprint or eye scan.
This approach also offers compelling security advantages, of course – which makes it particularly fitting for CVG, which is the only airport in the US to have received Safety Act certification from the Department of Homeland Security.
CVG marks the 30th location in CLEAR’s growing network of member airports, arriving on the heels of another important CLEAR deployment at Boston Logan International Airport. And it’s the third location in the tri-state area, with CLEAR having recently arrived at the Central and South Checkpoints at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, and at the Progressive Field sports stadium, one of a growing number of large-scale venues to adopt CLEAR for expedited fan entry.
