Incode has established a partnership with Carahsoft that is poised to extend its visibility in the government sector. In a statement, the companies explained that Carahsoft will serve as Incode’s “Master Government Aggregator”, offering the latter’s identity verification solution through its reseller partners and through its National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint, National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA), and OMNIA Partners contracts.
The Incode Omni platform includes document verification, facial recognition, and passive liveness detection technologies. As such, it could prove to be of interest to government agencies in search of more sophisticated identity solutions, and may become more visible to them thanks to Carahsoft’s contracts:
NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement #AR2472: This agreement is part of the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint program, which provides pre-negotiated contracts for a wide range of products and services to state governments. By utilizing this master agreement, states can simplify their procurement processes, benefit from competitive pricing, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
NCPA Contract NCPA01-86: The National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA) Contract NCPA01-86 is another contract vehicle that Carahsoft will use to offer Incode’s identity verification solutions. The NCPA is a cooperative purchasing organization that serves various government entities, including state and local governments, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. This contract streamlines the procurement process for these entities, providing access to Incode’s technology.
OMNIA Partners Contract #R191902: OMNIA Partners is a cooperative purchasing organization that offers contracts to public sector entities for various goods and services, including technology solutions. Through this contract (#R191902), Carahsoft facilitates access to Incode’s identity verification solutions for participating public sector organizations. This agreement also helps streamline procurement for entities seeking to enhance their identity verification processes and improve data security.
“Here at Carahsoft, we commit to leveraging our sales and marketing teams and our reseller partnerships to further the Public Sector fight against fraud and are honored to play a role in keeping Government resources safe and accessible through these vital solutions,” commented Carahsoft’s VP of Innovative and Intelligence Solutions, Michael Shrader.
News of the partnership comes soon after Incode’s announcement that it had attained the Kantara Initiative Trust Mark, attesting to its conformance with the NIST 800-63-3 standard.
