Bodet Ltd. has officially launched its new flagship HR time and attendance tracking system. The Kelio Visio X7 is a digital punch clock device with advanced functionality enabling greater interaction between staff and employers.
The terminal features a touch-based user interface allowing users to see real-time HR and attendance data, and to send and receive messages with their employers. It also automatically generates HR reports for managers, and features both a smart card reader and a fingerprint scanner, enabling biometric punch-in and providing employers with a stronger safeguard against any potential timesheet fraud.
The system won a Red Dot Award last year, with the jury citing its “feature-rich functionality and ease-of-use.” And with its biometric identification capabilities, the Kelio Visio X7 joins a growing market of more technologically sophisticated time and attendance tracking solutions that allow for better accuracy and improved administrative efficiency.
Commenting on the new solution in a press release, Bodet managing director Richard Manby pointed to a range of potential applications, asserting that the “flexibility of the whole system, both in setting up and for daily use by staff coupled with a modular approach offering versatile functionality based on exact client requirements means it can be used by a wide range of industries including manufacturing, logistics, care homes, and customer service centres.”
