Latest ZKTeco Seminar Suggests Strong Philippines Focus

ZKTeco continues to build up its profile in the Philippines security solutions market, with the company having recently held another educational seminar about its products in the country. The seminar was organized by ZKTeco Philippines, and was held at an upscale banquet hall in the city of Pasig, near Manila.

As in other recent industry events featuring and organized by ZKTeco, this latest seminar saw a prominent focus on the company’s biometric access control solutions, and particularly its Visible Light facial recognition technology. The company highlighted its Flap Barrier access control solution with integrated facial recognition technology, and registered all seminar guests using its ZKTeco Face Kiosk. Other products showcased in the seminar included ZKTeco’s turnstile, parking barrier, metal detector, and time and attendance tracking solutions.

As for potential applications of these solutions, ZKTeco’s seminar was geared primarily toward the hotel and school security markets, and the company says that attendees from over 40 different organizations were in attendance.

This was just the latest in a growing string of industry seminar events organized by ZKTeco to build its presence in various regional markets around the world, with the company having conducted other recent events in Peru, Bangladesh, and Russia. And this was the company’s fourth such event in the Philippines, arriving soon after a seminar held on Visayas Island and offering an indication of the company’s intense focus on this market.
