Biometrics News – Voice Recognition
AI Secure Biometrics (AISB) has released a new voice recognition solution through its partnership with Auraya. Dubbed the AISB Voice Biometric Engine, the platform is built with Auraya’s ArmorVox technology and allows corporate clients to deploy voice authentication across a range of phone and digital channels, including contact centers, messaging services, mobile apps, and wearable devices.
“Security breaches happen daily, costing companies millions of dollars,” said AI Secure Biometrics CEO Michelle Gilbertsen. “It is important for companies to invest in a proven, tested, and stable voice biometric company.”
The AISB Voice Biometric Engine can be integrated into a company’s existing third party applications to provide an extra layer of biometric security. The solution can authenticate users in less than one second, and has a False Rejection Rate that is less than 0.01 percent.
Auraya released the EVA voice recognition extension for Amazon Connect earlier this year, and has since announced that the platform is compatible with OpenID Connect 1.0. The company was also highlighted in a recent report on the voice recognition market, in which Fortune Business Insights predicted that the market would reach $28.34 billion by 2026. Grand View Research has issued an equally sunny forecast for the growing voice recognition industry.
