BioIntelliSense Provides Health Wearables for Anelto RPM Platform

Another healthcare provider is adopting BioIntelliSense’s wearable medical devices. Anelto will be integrating BioIntelliSense’s BioButton and BioSticker wearables with its own RemoteCareLive! Remote Patient Monitoring platform (RPM) to improve the quality of care that it provides for senior patients.

In that regard, the BioButton and the BioSticker will bring better clinical data into the RemoteCareLive! platform. RemoteCareLive! is geared toward senior citizens, and provides them with health advice and telehealth services through a centralized console.

The BioIntelliSense wearables, meanwhile, will ensure that the data that RemoteCareLive! doctors have access to is accurate and up-to-date. The BioButton and BioSticker are both single-use devices that can work for up to 30 days, during which they passively measure up to 1,400 sets of vital signs on a daily basis. That data can then be analyzed to watch for potential health complications.

As a result, the BioIntelliSense wearables can serve as an early warning system if there is a medical emergency, or track more long-term changes in a patient’s status. In either case, those insights allow doctors to take the appropriate action in a more timely fashion.

Thanks to the channel partnership, the BioButton and BioSticker will automatically transmit data to the RemoteCareLive! platform once a connection is made. Doctors can also configure the Anelto platform based on the needs of their operation.

RemoteCareLive! is also compatible with the rechargeable BioButton, which debuted in May. BioIntelliSense has previously provided patient monitoring technology for Mubadala and Myia Health, amongst several others.
