BIO-key to Announce Q4 and 2014 Results on March 20

Fingerprint biometrics company BIO-key International has announced that it’s going to release its fourth quarter and total 2014 financial results on Friday, March 20. The company will also hold a conference call that day at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time.

Investors are likely keen to find out the results, given the company’s recent activities: At the Mobile World Conference in Barcelona at the start of this month, BIO-key showed off its wares, and in particular highlighted the integration of its technology into InterDigital’s Multi-Factor Authentication Server (MFAS) – a partnership that bodes well for the company’s results.

At the start of this year, the company announced a major set of partnerships that would see its technology integrated into hospitals in four states in the US. These activities won’t be reflected in the 2014 results, of course, but they do indicate the momentum that the company has picked up since its successes last year, including the strategic partnership with major biometrics firm NEXT Biometrics in September.
