BIO-key is getting ready to make its case to investors at another LD Micro event, this one slated for December 15.
In September, the biometric authentication specialist participated in the LD Micro 500 Virtual Investor Conference, in which CEO Mike DePasquale delivered a presentation and hosted a question and answer session. Now, DePasquale is gearing up for the LD Micro Virtual Main Event 2020 Investor Conference next Tuesday, where he will once again be speaking and taking questions from investors.
In a statement, BIO-key explained that the LD Micro Virtual Main Event will feature more than 200 small and micro-cap companies. And LD Founder Chris Lahiji emphasized that this virtual event’s format has been designed to keep investors interested and engaged.
“This year’s Main Event features a unique format that will make it the first virtual conference this year that is engaging instead of repetitive,” he said. “There have been too many 20-minute PowerPoints, and investors have lost the desire to watch one more of the same thing. We intend to showcase great companies in a much more engaging format.”
BIO-key’s participation in the LD Micro Virtual Main Event represents the latest stop in the company’s virtual investor roadshow this autumn. In addition to its spot in the LD Micro 500 Virtual Investor Conference in September, BIO-key also participated in the Imperial Capital Security Investor Conference last week. The company has an even stronger pitch for investors this year, with its acquisition of PistolStar adding the popular PortalGuard SSO solution to its IAM portfolio.
