BIO-key CEO Michael DePasquale will make his pitch to potential investors at the 14th Annual Imperial Capital Security Investor Conference on December 7th, the company has announced.
It’s BIO-key’s second big pitch to an investor conference of the autumn, with BIO-key last having attended such an event at the Sidoti & Company Fall 2017 Conference at the end September. That event came soon after BIO-key made its debut on the Nasdaq, and ahead of its recent corporate update for the third quarter, which depicted an ongoing revenues surge compared to last year’s results.
Imperial Capital is a full-service investment bank with offices in major cities around the US including Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago, as well as an office in London, UK. In a statement announcing DePasquale’s attendance at next month’s investor event, BIO-key explained that the Imperial Capital Security Investor Conference “brings together a select group of security technology companies to present their positioning and strategic growth plans to investors and business leaders.”
In addition to other recent developments, DePasquale’s presentation is likely to touch on BIO-key’s newly announced appointment of another Asia-focused executive to its Board of Directors, a move aimed at extending the firm’s global reach.
