BenjiLock unveiled its new Stainless Steel Series Fingerprint Padlocks at NAMM 2025 this week, showcasing a flagship 40mm Outdoor Fingerprint Padlock designed for harsh environments.
The new padlock series incorporates high-grade stainless steel construction for weather resistance and durability. Each unit can store up to 10 unique fingerprints, enabling shared access among multiple users—a feature consistent with BenjiLock’s earlier products that has proven particularly valuable for professional and institutional applications. The biometric technology aims to provide secure access for musical instruments, touring equipment, photography gear, and storage units.
The 40mm Outdoor Fingerprint Padlock is available through ZenSupply at $79.99. During NAMM 2025, BenjiLock demonstrated its products at Penn Elcom’s booth (#10612) and TKL Cases’ booth (#6002), with founder and CEO Robbie Cabral conducting live demonstrations. BenjiLock has proven to be a pioneer in consumer-facing biometric locks, with a range of products including TSA-approved travel locks.
Founded in 2014 in Los Angeles, BenjiLock gained prominence following an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank, where it secured investment from Kevin O’Leary. The company has received multiple industry recognitions, including five CES Innovation Awards, the Travel Sentry “Favorite Padlock Design” Silver Award, and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce “Entrepreneurial Spirit” Award. These accolades reflect the growing adoption of biometric security solutions, which industry analysts at CES 2025 identified as a major trend in physical security.
