Aurionpro, a digital innovation solutions provider, has integrated voice-based authentication into its suite of offerings, and the biometric technology is being provided by ValidSoft.
In a statement announcing the collaboration, the companies indicated that ValidSoft’s User Authentication solution is already being integrated “for a number of use cases”. Further commenting on the partnership, Aurionpro COO Nirav Shah asserted that “voice biometrics have a big role to play in accelerating digital innovation, securely and efficiently,” adding, “The addressable market potential is enormous.”
The contract is a boon to ValidSoft too, of course, further extending the company’s roster of licensing partners after some major developments last year, when the company inked deals with a major UK bank and large US-based corporation. The company is evidently part of a larger trend that has seen major organizations around the world increasingly adopt voice biometrics for authentication, particularly in cases featuring high volumes of in-bound calling from customers.
