Arritech has unveiled QGen Online 2.0, an AI-powered risk management platform designed to simplify and enhance Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for regulated industries, including finance, real estate, gaming, and cryptocurrency.
QGen Online 2.0 uses artificial intelligence technologies, such as document recognition and facial recognition, to automate and streamline identity verification procedures. The aim is to not only reduce the time and effort required for compliance but also to minimize the risk of fraud by detecting fake documentation and ensuring the authenticity of customer identities.
“We had tested various systems for our own portfolio companies; however, our requirements were increasingly complex,” said Arritech Founder, Adrian Kreter. “In 2021 we made the strategic decision to acquire and then develop our own purpose-built solution. Following years of development, and continual improvements based on real-time customer feedback QGen Online is now live and available externally.”
The platform offers several features, including real-time screening for political exposure and adverse media, AI-powered KYC verification, CRM-style client management, and cloud-based deployment for rapid compliance. It also provides optional API integration for deeper customization and seamless incorporation with existing systems.
By consolidating compliance tasks into a single platform, QGen Online 2.0 looks to empower businesses to efficiently manage their risk management lifecycle, reducing costs, enhancing accuracy, and accelerating processing times.
