“Daon’s IdentityX technology has proven popular as numerous companies — particularly in the financial services sector – have sought to easily integrate biometric authentication into their digital platforms and services.”
Daon has found a new client partner for its IdentityX multifactor authentication platform. The company has announced a deal with Kony, an enterprise-focused app development company.
The partnership will see Daon’s biometric authentication technology integrated into Kony’s forthcoming Kony AppPlatform V8 solution, and offered via widgets through the Kony Marketplace. That means fingerprint-, face-, and voice-based authentication will be available for Kony’s end users, allowing for intuitive and secure digital authentication.
“Together with Kony, we are providing developers across a multitude of business sectors with the flexibility to easily incorporate multi-factor authentication into their applications,” said Conor White, president of Americas for Daon.
Daon’s IdentityX technology has proven popular as numerous companies — particularly in the financial services sector – have sought to easily integrate biometric authentication into their digital platforms and services. IdentityX powers the biometric authentication features on USAA’s landmark mobile app, and Union Bank of the Philippines used Daon’s solution in its New EON banking app, to name a couple of notable examples.
To kick things off, Kony will showcase Daon-powered voice authentication via its Retail Banking App at this week’s FinovateFall conference in New York.
