“… the new offices should enable Innovatrics to improve its customer service.”
Slovakia-based fingerprint biometrics specialist Innovatrics has opened new offices in the US and Singapore.
In a statement announcing the move, the company explained that different regions of the world tend to have their own “specific needs related to end user preferences, local regulatory restrictions and practices derived from local industry dynamics.” As such, the new offices should enable Innovatrics to improve its customer service.
The company has already completed projects in 68 different countries, so it does have some expertise in tailoring its solutions. And some of its solutions’ qualities, such as its biometric fingerprint software’s compliance with NIST benchmarks like MINEX III, should appeal across all borders. Still, the new offices in Atlanta and Singapore will likely help the company to better address its market.
