ImageWare to Issue Q3 Update November 14

Biometric identity solutions provider ImageWare Systems has set a date for its Q3 update. The company will post its results on November 14th, and CEO Jim Miller and CFO Wayne Wetherell will host a conference call that same day to discuss the results.

In its previous quarterly update, the company reported revenues of about $1 million and a net loss of $2.1 million. Those compared to revenues of $1.7 million and a net loss of $1.8 million in Q2 of 2015.

Since its Q2 update this past August, the company has announced that its GoVerifyID biometric authentication platform was integrated into CA Technologies’ SSO and identity management systems. GoVerifyID was also integrated into Digital Branch DX, a digital banking platform offered by Aurionpro; but that development was announced in October and is therefore unlikely to factor into the company’s third quarter ended September 30th.

ImageWare’s corporate update conference call is scheduled for 5:00 pm ET on November 14th, with the company set to issue its results beforehand.
