“Initial offerings available through the platform come from some big names in authentication including FaceTec, HYPR, and Nok Nok Labs, among others.”
ForgeRock is moving further into the solutions curation business with an extension of its ForgeRock Trust Network partner program.
The company has reframed the program as a central marketplace for third party access and identity management technologies. The solutions are put forward with supporting documentation helping to guide clients about how to implement them most effectively. Initial offerings available through the platform come from some big names in authentication including FaceTec, HYPR, and Nok Nok Labs, among others.
Explaining the move in a statement, ForgeRock Global Strategy and Innovation VP Ben Goodman said the platform “is about enabling trust beyond our own identity platform to include some incredibly inventive third party technologies, which together enable the future of digital identity from end-to-end.” Meanwhile, it provides members with a high-profile base for promotion of their own solutions, with FaceTec COO Satya Yenigalla attesting that the ForgeRock Trust Network “promises to provide distinct go-to-market advantages.”
News of the development comes almost immediately after ForgeRock’s announcement of a new version of its ForgeRock Identity Platform, which includes a new feature that dynamically changes authentication methods based on contextual information.
