EyeLock LLC has found a new distribution partner for the Australia region: The company has teamed up with CSD (Central Security Distribution).
Headquartered in Victoria, CSD has several showrooms across Australia, and the company says it has “invested millions in a national distribution network”, according to its website. In a statement announcing the partnership, EyeLock’s Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, Anthony Antolino, lauded CSD for its “broad network across Australia, technical expertise, training capabilities, and proven track record”, saying that it will help to extend EyeLock’s global reach.
For its part, CSD’s General Manager of Products and Marketing, Mark Edwards, praised EyeLock’s iris recognition technology as “fast, cost effective, [and] easy to use”. Edwards added that the technology would be integrated into the Inner Range Integriti Security & Access Control System “in coming months”.
The move comes soon after EyeLock established a deal with STANLEY Security, a major North American electronic security firm, and after the company won Lenel OnGuard certification, all of which signals a growing presence in the global access control market.
