Emotient and iMotion have combined forces to offer a newly integrated platform that combines facial expression recognition and analysis, eye tracking, EEG and GSR technologies that can be used in usability research, market research, neurogaming and academic/scientific research. The agreement between the two companies fully integrates Emotient’s emotion recognition solution FACET SDK into iMotion’s Attention Tool which is an eye tracking and sensor software platform. This new software platform can be used to measure, analyze and report behavioral data.
The companies announced on June 5, 2013 that Procter and Gamble, the United States Air Force and Yale University are the first customers of this newly integrated platform which is expected to be generally available this summer.
