Accu-Time Systems has unveiled its new stride80 time clock featuring Only|You Palm vein scan technology. The biometric time tracking solution integrates palm vein scanning technology to authenticate employees through their unique vascular patterns – a method that has gained traction in recent years for its high security and accuracy levels.
The stride80 system eliminates traditional authentication methods like timecards and PINs by using an employee’s palm as their credential. The device includes the IDassist on-board user guide and maintains compatibility with existing workforce management platforms.
“The stride80 time clock with Only|You Palm represents a significant advancement in employee time tracking technology,” said Ryan McColgan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Accu-Time Systems. “This innovative solution offers unparalleled accuracy, speed, security, and convenience, empowering businesses to optimize their operations and enhance productivity.”
The system addresses common workforce management challenges by reducing unauthorized time entries and streamlining payroll processing. This development comes as organizations increasingly seek biometric solutions for workforce verification and compliance.
Accu-Time Systems, founded in 1991, has focused on workforce management solutions throughout its history. The company was acquired by Amano Corporation in 2010, expanding its global presence in the time and attendance tracking market. Their product portfolio includes the PeoplePoint terminals and software solutions such as TimeCollect and AccuCollect, which integrate with various Enterprise Resource Planning and Human Capital Management systems.
