Vision-Box representatives are in Singapore today to showcase their latest biometric traveler screening solution at Future Travel Experience Asia Expo 2017 (or ‘FTE Asia 2017’).
Dubbed Seamless Airport 4.0, the solution is a combination of the biometric automation technologies Vision-Box has been developing for years. It’s designed to essentially enable frictionless passenger processing with biometric identification, and now also features a mobile component allowing passengers to store their biometric and biographic data in their smartphones, and to book services with a selfie.
Meanwhile, the solution’s Vision-Box’s VB Dashbox platform provides airport administrators with a dashboard interface offering detailed analytics and passenger tracking tools.
Summing up the benefits of Seamless Airport 4.0 in a statement, Vision-Box CEO Miguel Leitmann asserted that it can deliver “a more passenger-friendly airport that increases capacity without infrastructure growth, and increases revenue through enhanced data analysis.”
Vision-Box is demonstrating the technology at FTE Asia 2017, which runs from November 7th to 8th.
