Trident Digital Tech Holdings has completed a $15 million equity offering, bringing its gross financing raised during September to approximately $23 million. The Singapore-based digital identity company says the funding will support execution of its AI and digital infrastructure strategy.
The latest transaction involved 30 million Class B ordinary shares priced at $0.50 each. It follows an $8 million financing completed earlier in the month. Trident describes the new transaction as an equity raise without warrants or placement agents.
Purchasers paid in the USDC and USDT stablecoins. The company says it can convert those holdings into U.S. dollar reserves and use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. The $15 million figure represents gross proceeds, while the approximately $23 million total combines the two September transactions.
Trident’s capital priorities include its Ghana digital-tax project, merchant technology and regional AI infrastructure partnerships. The company has a 50-50 joint venture supporting the Ghana Revenue Authority’s digital-tax platform. It also operates Sikaflow, which it plans to extend from tax formalization into payments, commerce and access to credit.
Its infrastructure strategy also includes a partnership with IRMA Asia covering business development across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Trident says the financing will support the operational work behind those initiatives as it expands beyond its original digital identity offering.
The company set out that broader approach through its five-pillar holding-company strategy, combining digital identity, cybersecurity, AI, African infrastructure and agricultural technology. Its cybersecurity activities include acting as an authorized reseller for Memcyco’s fraud and impersonation protection technology.
Digital identity remains part of the portfolio. Trident previously signed an agreement to develop the DRCPass identity system for the Democratic Republic of Congo. That project was designed around the company’s Tridentity platform, combining identity onboarding with access to government services and digital transactions.
The new offering’s $0.50 share price is 25 percent above the $0.40 price of the earlier September placement. Trident intends to retain the stablecoins as part of a digital-asset reserve, with conversion to dollars available for operating needs. Management says its immediate priorities include scaling merchant onboarding in Ghana, building IRMA Asia’s deployment infrastructure and signing an initial enterprise cybersecurity customer.
