“Suprema will be showcasing among 1040 other exhibitors, and is aiming to differentiate itself with its BioLite N2 terminal for biometric access control as well as time and attendance tracking.”
Suprema is honing its focus on the European market with plans to showcase its solutions at the Security Essen 2018 event in Germany.
It’s a high-profile event, with organizers expecting about 40,000 visitors from 45 nations. Suprema will be showcasing among 1040 other exhibitors, and is aiming to differentiate itself with its BioLite N2 terminal for biometric access control as well as time and attendance tracking.
First announced at this year’s ISC West event in Las Vegas, the terminal features a 1.2GHz processor and 4GB of memory, and boasts of matching speeds of 20,000 per second. And, as Suprema emphasized in its Security Essen announcement, it’s “GDPR-ready”, offering companies a solution that complies with the European Union’s big new data protection and privacy regulation.
Suprema says it will also showcase another new solution at Security Essen 2018, its BioStar 2 Mobile Card, a digital card issuance solution for mobile devices that supports wireless communication via NFC and BLE.
Security Essen will run from September 25th to 28th in Essen, Germany.
