Secret View, a mystery shopping platform, has partnered with identity verification specialist iDenfy to strengthen its user verification capabilities and regulatory compliance. The partnership will add comprehensive identity verification services to Secret View’s platform.
The collaboration comes just a couple of months after iDenfy’s recent SOC II certification, validating their security standards. The company has expanded globally, including establishing a Delaware office to serve the U.S. market.
Secret View will integrate iDenfy’s KYC software platform, which offers document verification for over 200 countries and territories, biometric facial recognition with liveness detection, and automated data extraction from government IDs. The system incorporates iDenfy’s patented hybrid address verification system, now recognized in 158 countries.
The partnership will help Secret View meet requirements under the European DAC7 directive for reporting user income to tax authorities.
The agreement follows iDenfy’s successful implementations with other platforms, including its recent partnership with Venevo, showcasing their expertise across different sectors.
Founded in 2018, Secret View now serves over 100,000 registered mystery shoppers. The platform’s adoption of iDenfy’s verification services reflects broader industry trends, as biometric verification systems become increasingly common across various sectors.
