Saviynt Opens Dubai HQ to Deepen Identity Security Coverage in the Middle East

Saviynt is expanding its international presence with a new regional headquarters in Dubai, underscoring growing demand for identity security across Middle Eastern markets. The company, which positions its Enterprise Identity Cloud as an AI-powered identity security platform, announced that the Dubai hub will act as its primary base for customers in the Gulf and wider region.

As part of the move, Saviynt has entered a strategic partnership with StarLink, described as one of the largest specialist cybersecurity distributors in the Middle East and Africa. StarLink will distribute Saviynt’s cloud-native identity products and support regional deployments, giving local enterprises and government agencies access to a combined stack that targets identity governance, privileged access management, and application access control.

Saviynt frames the expansion as a response to rapid growth in cloud and AI adoption across the region, which is increasing the number and diversity of identities that security teams must manage. The company explicitly points to employees, contractors, applications, workloads, and connected devices as drivers of identity sprawl, and argues that continuous access governance and entitlement visibility are becoming core requirements for regulated sectors.

According to regional coverage, the Dubai headquarters will focus on sectors such as banking, energy, government, and telecommunications, where regulators and boards are pushing for tighter control over access to critical systems and data. The local team is expected to provide pre-sales engineering, implementation support, and ongoing customer success functions, with StarLink acting as a value-added distributor to extend reach across the Gulf and North Africa.

The announcement signals continued consolidation of identity security tooling in local markets, and the emergence of more on-the-ground options for cloud-native identity governance. The Dubai hub also aligns with Saviynt’s broader push to apply machine learning and analytics across its platform, including recent AI-driven capabilities aimed at surfacing anomalous entitlements and automating high-volume identity lifecycle tasks.
