Pimloc Expands U.S. Push With Andre Greco in Sales Role

Pimloc has appointed Andre Greco as vice president of U.S. sales, adding a senior hire with more than 30 years of security industry experience to lead the company’s North American commercial push. Greco will oversee Pimloc’s U.S. sales strategy and work with organizations across law enforcement, transportation, education, and healthcare – sectors where the ability to use sensitive video, audio, and document data compliantly is becoming a core operational requirement.

Pimloc develops Secure Redact, an AI-powered platform for redacting, anonymizing, and extracting intelligence from multimedia data including CCTV footage, body-worn camera recordings, dash camera video, audio, and documents. The platform is built for organizations that handle large volumes of sensitive media and need to share, review, or publish it without exposing personally identifiable information.

Greco comes to Pimloc from Milestone Systems, the Danish video technology software company, where he served as national sales manager and led regional sales growth across North America. Before that he held senior sales leadership roles at Hikvision North America, Panasonic North America, and Johnson Controls — a background that spans the major layers of enterprise and public-sector security infrastructure.

Simon Randall, Pimloc’s CEO, framed the hire around the gap between data capture and responsible data use. “Organizations now have access to unprecedented volumes of data from CCTV, body-worn cameras, dash cameras, audio recordings, digital records, and other media,” Randall said. “The opportunity is enormous — but so is the responsibility to manage that data in ways that protect privacy and maintain public trust.”

Greco echoed the point from the customer side. “Organizations have spent years investing in security solutions that capture enormous amounts of information,” he said. “What many are realizing now is that capturing the data was only the first step — ensuring that sensitive content can be used, reviewed, and shared while protecting personal privacy can be far more complex. Pimloc’s Secure Redact provides the missing layer that makes that possible.”

The appointment follows Pimloc’s hire of former NPCC body-worn video lead Leanne Moorhouse as public safety lead earlier this month, continuing a pattern of building out the leadership team around regulated evidence and video-governance use cases. Greco will be attending ISC West 2026 in Las Vegas and is reachable at andre.greco@pimloc.com for meeting requests during the event.
