Mitek Posts Record FY2025 Revenue, Guides FY2026 Fraud and Identity Solutions Growth at 15 Percent

Mitek is using its fiscal 2025 results to reinforce a strategic narrative that it is an identity and anti-fraud company, not only a remote deposit capture vendor. In an investor-facing release, the company reported total fiscal 2025 revenue of $179.7 million, up four percent year over year, alongside SaaS revenue of $77.0 million, up 21 percent.

Profitability metrics also showed improvement on an adjusted basis. Mitek reported adjusted EBITDA of $53.9 million for the full year, compared to $46.7 million a year earlier, with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 30.0 percent. The company’s financial tables show SaaS, maintenance, and other revenue rising to $105.6 million for the year, while software license and hardware revenue declined to $74.1 million, underscoring an ongoing mix shift toward recurring revenue.

Perhaps the most notable disclosure is the way management is guiding future growth. Mitek’s FY2026 outlook calls for total revenue of $185 to $195 million, and it specifically calls out Fraud and Identity solutions revenue of $101 to $105 million, with approximately 15 percent year-over-year growth at the midpoint. The company also guided for an adjusted EBITDA margin range of 27 percent to 30 percent.

That segmentation is meaningful because it offers a public-company proxy for where identity budgets are landing. In a market where CISOs are under pressure to consolidate tools, a vendor explicitly forecasting double-digit growth in fraud and identity revenue suggests that buyers are still funding measurable controls tied to loss reduction and operational efficiency, not only compliance requirements. It also signals that identity is increasingly being treated as a product line with its own growth expectations and accountability in the investor narrative.
