FindBiometrics has made the trek to Washington, DC for Connect:ID 2021. Our Media Sales & Strategy Manager, Doug OGorden, will be onsite throughout the event, and will be interviewing biometric and identity experts from the show floor to keep you up to date with the latest technology and policy developments.

Connect:ID itself kicked off today, and will run through October 6 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. As the name would suggest, the conference is dedicated to the identity industry, and will offer guests a look at some of the new technologies that are changing the way that organizations interact with employees, customers, and the general public. In that regard, modern identity solutions are already being used in a number of different sectors, including government, finance, and corporate security.

The conference will have both strategy and practical components, with policy discussions taking place alongside product demos that show guests how they can take advantage of new identity solutions within their organizations. The policy discussions, on the other hand, will highlight some of the decisions that are shaping the identity industry, and inform guests about some of the regulatory considerations that they will need to take into account in the future.
