Lastwall and Carahsoft Technology Corp. have announced a partnership to distribute Lastwall’s quantum-resilient Zero Trust identity platform to U.S. and Canadian public sector agencies through Carahsoft’s government reseller network.
Under the agreement, Carahsoft will serve as Lastwall’s public sector distributor, making the IDCommand Suite available through procurement vehicles including NASA SEWP V, ITES-SW2, NASPO ValuePoint, TIPS, OMNIA Partners, E&I Cooperative Services, and The Quilt contracts.
Lastwall’s IDCommand Suite includes two components. IDCommand Enterprise is a FedRAMP Moderate and Department of Defense Impact Level 2 authorized cloud-native identity provider that supports PIV/CAC, SAML 2.0, OIDC, FIDO2/WebAuthn, and integrated public key infrastructure with quantum-resilient encryption. IDCommand Tactical extends authentication and policy enforcement to denied, degraded, intermittent, and low-bandwidth (DDIL) environments where cloud-based systems cannot operate.
Karl Holmqvist, Founder and CEO of Lastwall, said the partnership provides government and defense customers a direct path to adopt Zero Trust identity infrastructure before post-quantum threats become operational: “The clock is ticking faster than they realize. This partnership with Carahsoft gives Government and defense leaders a direct, trusted path to accelerate adoption of Zero Trust principles at the foundational identity layer, before today’s encryption becomes tomorrow’s open book.”
The partnership arrives as two deadlines converge. The Department of Defense requires all components to achieve Target-Level Zero Trust compliance by 2027, while Executive Order 14306, signed in June 2025, set a January 2030 deadline for federal agencies to support post-quantum cryptography standards, though with agency-level discretion on implementation. Credential compromise remains the leading cyberattack vector across the public sector.
Lastwall has existing relationships with the U.S. Defense Innovation Unit and the Government of Canada.
