Intellicheck Reaches First-Ever Operating Profitability With Record $22.7 Million in Fiscal 2025 Revenue

Intellicheck, a digital identity verification and document authentication company serving financial services, government, and retail customers, has achieved operating profitability for the first time in the company’s history, capping a record fiscal year 2025 in which total revenue reached $22.666 million, a 13 percent increase over 2024. Full-year net income came in at $1.273 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $918,000 in the prior year.

SaaS revenue represented 99 percent of total revenue at $22.436 million, reflecting the company’s near-complete transition away from hardware-tied licensing models. Adjusted EBITDA for the full year was $2.566 million. The company ended the year with $9.65 million in cash and $20.697 million in stockholders’ equity.

Fourth-quarter results contributed significantly to the full-year outcome. Q4 revenue grew 12 percent year over year to a company-record $6.635 million, with Q4 net income of $1.552 million, or $0.08 per diluted share. Q4 adjusted EBITDA was $1.877 million. Q4 gross margin reached 91.4 percent while operating expenses fell 7 percent compared to the prior-year quarter, reflecting the operating leverage the company has built through its AWS migration and product mix shift toward higher-margin identity verification use cases.

CEO Bryan Lewis credited discipline on costs and a focus on higher-value use cases as key contributors. “We reached operating profitability for the first time in Intellicheck’s history with $1.3 million net income for the year,” Lewis said. He also cited rising demand as a tailwind: “As 2026 unfolds, the need for proven identity verification technology takes on a new urgency.”

The earnings milestone follows a busy product cycle, including Intellicheck’s no-integration desktop verification app launched in February targeting community banks and credit unions. The results arrive amid broad identity verification sector expansion, with peers such as Socure doubling verification volume during the same period.

The company’s stock rose approximately 2 percent in premarket trading when the results were released.
