Fingerprint Cards has named AdvanIDe as a global channel partner for FPC AllKey Ultra, expanding distribution of its biometric single-chip authentication solution.
AdvanIDe, formally Advanced ID Electronics, will promote and supply AllKey Ultra worldwide, supporting demand creation and product availability through stocked inventory. The Germany-based distributor specializes in secure semiconductors, embedded systems, and identity technologies for industrial, enterprise, and security-critical markets.
FPC AllKey Ultra integrates fingerprint sensing, biometric processing, and secure element functionality into one chip. The solution is designed for FIDO tokens, passkeys, digital ID, one-time password generators, crypto wallets, secure storage devices, and other hardware-based authentication products that require low power consumption and simplified integration.
Fingerprint Cards launched FPC AllKey Ultra in late 2025 and later worked with jNet Secure on the AllKey Ultra FIDO biometric token platform. The company has also positioned the AllKey family for logical and physical access applications.
The AdvanIDe agreement gives Fingerprint Cards a broader route to system integrators and solution providers that build authentication hardware. The company said AdvanIDe will support design-in activity, customer engagement, and faster time to market for AllKey Ultra-based products.
The move comes as FIDO and passkey adoption continues to move beyond software-only authentication. Biometric hardware tokens remain a smaller segment than platform authenticators built into phones and laptops, but they are used in environments that require portable, user-bound credentials for privileged access, workforce security, and high-assurance account protection.
The distribution element is important because many authentication products depend on specialized component channels before they reach enterprise buyers. Secure element products, biometric modules, and embedded identity components often need technical support at the design stage, not only product availability after launch. AdvanIDe’s role gives FPC a channel for customers that may be building tokens, wallets, or access devices rather than purchasing finished authentication hardware.
