Corsound AI and IngenID Partner on Integrated Voice Security Platform

Corsound AI and IngenID have announced a strategic partnership to deliver a combined voice security solution that integrates voice biometric authentication with voice intelligence capabilities for contact centers and authentication workflows.

The partnership aims to address account takeover and contact-center fraud by packaging speaker verification and conversational intelligence as a unified SaaS control layer rather than separate point products, according to a PRWeb announcement published February 10.

The news follows IngenID’s partnership with CyberloQ, which already blends IngenID speaker verification with anti-deepfake tooling for location-based multi-factor authentication.

Corsound and IngenID position their stack as hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft have been exiting voice biometrics amid deepfake risks, creating an opening for specialist voice security providers. Voice channels remain high-risk vectors for fraud, especially as deepfake audio becomes more accessible and sophisticated.

IngenID now lists Corsound in its partner ecosystem materials. The companies emphasize comprehensive voice-security delivery that combines each firm’s core capabilities into integrated workflows for customer onboarding, authentication, and transaction monitoring.

The partnership reinforces a broader trend also seen when DoD’s upgraded ABIS added voice biometrics to decentralize liveness intelligence for military identity systems. Government biometric programs continue to adopt voice layers in high-security environments as the modality matures.
