Behavioral biometrics company BioCatch has announced that it has been named to an annual list of the fastest growing companies in the United States.

Its inclusion in the Inc. 5000 rankings is the latest recognition of BioCatch as one of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. In June of 2021, the company celebrated being named as an Overall Leader in the 2021 KuppingerCole Leadership Compass for Fraud Reduction Intelligence Platforms report, while also being recognized for its Innovation and Product leadership in that same report.
“We are honored to be recognized as one of the Inc. 5000.” said Howard Edelstein, BioCatch Chairman and CEO. “With financial institutions facing increasing levels of cybercrime and fraud, our role in providing innovative behavioral biometric technology to combat fraud and protect digital identity is more important than ever. By innovating closely with our clients, BioCatch’s forward-thinking team develops new behavior-based solutions that leverage the best technology available to protect clients and consumers from increasingly sophisticated fraud and cyberattacks.”
This latest honor comes amid what has been a strong year for the company, with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic placing a spotlight on the importance of digital security. A dramatic increase in online traffic caused by the various lockdowns and remote work initiatives aimed at curbing the spread of the virus has led to a proportionate increase in cybercrime.
During this time, BioCatch has repeatedly espoused the benefits of behavioral biometrics in securing online activities, while also making an effort to educate the public on the increasingly sophisticated methods of fraudsters.
BioCatch is the only representative of the behavioral biometrics market that was named to the Inc. 5000 list, and it ranks in the top third of all security providers that are listed.
