AWS Certification Could Bring Pindrop to Many More Users

An important new certification could significantly expand Pindrop’s customer base. The company has announced that its eponymous call analytics solution has now been certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for use with Amazon Connect.AWS Certification Could Bring Pindrop to Many More Users

Amazon Connect is aimed at providing businesses with a streamlined process for setting up a call center. Its integration of Pindrop means that clients will now be better able to detect fraud threats, with Pindrop’s array of call metrics generating a risk score for callers.

For Pindrop, it’s an opportunity to reach many more end users, and the company says it will showcase its solution at AWS re:Invent 2017, an expo and convention aimed at participants in the Amazon Web Services ecosystem. Not that Pindrop particularly needs the potential boost: The company says its solution is already being used by eight of the top ten US banks, and that half of its customers are in the Fortune 500.

AWS re:Invent 2017 will take place in Las Vegas from November 27th to December 1st.
